Here's a list of symptoms you could get. The longer you are off the meds the more severe. Symptoms that might happen include; weight gain, constipation, heart rate would slow down, blood pressure would drop, depression, mood changes, sleep apea, muscle & joint aches, low body temp, cholesterol level would increase, hairloss, skin would become very dry and coma is the final symptom.
Why would you stop the medication. If its too expensive, ask for a generic or buy for $4.00 at Walmart. If its not helping, then maybe you need a different thyroid med or your thyoid levels aren't right for you.

Thryoid regulates weight control, skin elasticity, hair/nails thickness and strength, and metabolism.
So you would be : fat, dry/itchy skin, brittle hair and nails, and fatigued.
