Have most people loved you for your looks or inspite of them? What if you were disfigured would the people who love you now love you then? If not what would you change about yourself to fix this? Tell me.

This might sound a bit weird, but how sure are you that the ones related to you love you for who you are in the inside? I mean, your parents love you because they are your parents, it doesn't mean they love you because of who you are in the inside. Its a kinda "forced to love/accept" kinda relationship and they can't help loving you inspite of everything.

In any case, I'm not sure if there is someone not related to me who loves me for the me inside, but I know I do. He doesn't look anything fantastic, he sadly average but I love him because he is the most sincere person I've ever met in my life. He is the sort of person who geniunely cares, you can see it in his eyes. I'd still love him inspite of everything. Even he gets disfigured.

To me, sincerity touches me more than anything. I wouldn't do anything to change the way I look just to make myself be loved, I'd just try to do everything from my heart and I believe people can feel that warmth, no matter how ugly you are.

Let them love you for your looks!
if your disfiguered, they'll love you because, they'd feel less disfigured themselves by loving you, if your just ugly, they love you by the same reason, if you consider yourself pretty, it either is because of your inside confidence and beauty, or you don't need love and ain't worth it, cuz you wouldn't even be able to love sombone yourself, any differently than for looks!
If you are loved don't ask why!: you actually want to know if this love does you good!
don't ask if love does you any good, ask what you do good to the loving one. maybe by loving you, you push him or her closer to the abyss he's been longing for his whole life, maybe you simply numb his pain. rarley you can open up an inner genious, but what if there is one? is it worth the try?

My fiance loves me for who I am inside. I also have three close friends who do the same. I count myself truly blessed by God to have such people in my life because unconditional love makes all the difference.
