my graphic card (64mb) is built into my mother board .. All the requirements for the game are satisfied !! But when i start the game the problem comes !! Is it because of some hardware issue or software or drivver issue ????

In my opinion you need a better vidoe card.

Hmm. Can't really tell you whats wrong. All I can say is to make sure your drivers are up to date and installed correctly.
You probably need a better video card. I have Sims 2 and it really pushes my PCIE 256mb ddr3 card.

Try to uninstall it, and then reinstall it.
Also, it depends if you're using a laptop. It almost never works properly on laptops.
But, if all else fails, try to update everything on your computer, and do a virus check. Heck, call the number on the back of the box!

do u share the computer with someone? if so try is on all the different desktops and it should work (Trust me the same thing happened to me)
