It's about Australia! "Do you come from a land down under? Where women glow and men plunder?" I'm ashamed to admit i have this on a compilation cd of 80's music i inherited from my older sis when she got married.
The story is apparently Men At Work wanted to crack Britain but were total unknowns back in 1983.They figured "down under" would let everyone know where they were from!

Either from someone very stupid or from a total idiot. Or you were high when they spoke about it. "Down under" is a nickname for Australia.
