Anyone care to recommend some good awesome web designers/freelancers who specialize in css/xhtml, some web 2.0 styles? I have searched endlessly and the results are: too busy schedule, overpriced or no response.

Hiya! I may be able to help. I am a XHTML / XCSS web designer contracted to a few large companies in London. I have done web design for the last 10 years using various languages from HTML and CSS to PHP and ASPX as these are normally also needed along with the job. I sometimes employ a good freelance graphic designer and we work together to produce websites for fashion companies and government departments.
