Well me and my friend were on the phone this morning. I had to put her on speaker which is blurry because that is the only way I can hear her.I am thin and she is thin too but she always wanted to lose weight off her stomach. She started doing 8 minute abs and we were talking about that.She wanted to lose 2 jeans sizes. I said I thought that was possible because she had smaller hips than a stomach and she could do it. I said the only way I could lose the jeans sizes is if I lost wieght off my butt but she could do it because she has samller hips.It is hard to explain. Then I was talking about my mom who wanted to lose weight but she could never do it because she was not consistent but I said she could do it if she kept doing the workout everyday. My friend and her boyfriend called me and he kept saing how mean I was. I said why and my friend thought I said she has a big gut and it was impossible for her to lose the weight! I had no idea what she was talking about. I said sorry.

Talk with your friend and make it clear that they heard you wrong. I think your friend should of asked you to repeat what ever she heard instead of just instantly getting mad at you. But it was an mistake. probably it was your speaker. Just tell her your not mean, and she made a slight mistake, you didn't mean to hurt her feelings.
