uhhh, is the just the online apple store?

ok, so is there just the online store or are there actual physical buildings you can go to and real people you can talk to? i want to have a certified apple guy look at my ipod for me(it has a big dent and i want to make sure its ok) i just dont know if i should just go to a radio shac or if theres an actuall "apple store"...

There are physical stores. Go to http://www.apple.com/buy/locator to find the closest one to you.

Or mall has an apple store ,but try going to a best buy,they specialize in Ipods too
