You need to find out through your gynecologist exactly what type of cyst they are. It is normal to have what is called a follicular cyst each month with your cycle and these are tiny fluid sacs that burst on their own with ovulation and you usually never feel them but sometimes they may not pop and the fluid builds up and can become very painful but they will not effect your fertility.
Fibrous cysts can be a concern and block the tube and can become cancerous over time. It is important to check with you gynecologist.
