Since this is cleaning and laundry I asume you're talking about washing machine. If I put too much detergent in sometimes, I run it through another rinse to get all the soap out.

Sometimes. If I think I might have hairspray build up then I might re-wash and focus on my hair or if I feel like my scalp is extra oily then I might re-wash and focus on my scalp but I really try not to over strip either so I rarely do either.

I repeat with conditioner more often than with shampoo.

Most items say repeat as needed. So I repeat as needed only. (in other words very rarely.)

I don't, if you wash your hair every day I do not think it is necessary. I think it drys your hair out too much.

Do you mean, for hair washing? Yes, I do. My hair doesn't feel clean unless I do. And no, I'm not gay.
