If you are nursing then you will loose weight slowly.

But it is easy to gain weight after you have your baby, especially if you aren't nursing simply because you are used to eating a LOT of food, and while you may not think you still are, it is very likely you are just still eating more then your body needs.

You are jsut going to have to disciplin your self and make sure you are only eating a normal amount (2000 calories a day is average)

NO its not. My pre pregnancy weight was 140. I gained 28 lbs when pregnant. I lost 28 lbs a week after having my baby which brought me back to 140. Five months later I have lost 12 lbs since then. I am now 128. So I seem to be losing more, I am even less then my pre pregnancy weight.

Would also like to add im not breastfeeding.
