half this town is wacked out on scooby snakcs but my neighbor drives his riding lawnmower everywhere like a car (right lane and everything) he calls it his tractor

We have a 'mentally disabled' kid that delivers all the hometown news letters. The guy has to be like 60. He drags stacks of the newsletters around in a red wagon and puts them at everyones door.

Yeah we have a lot of weirdos here. The average on teeth per person must be two. LOL But, we have a guy who sits barefooted on a street corner indian style. He just sits there everday talking to himself smoking his cig butts and drinking his brown bag.

yeah this one guy who walks everywhere, you see him all over town. pretty much everyday of the week. but his beer gut never gets smaller.
