It means what its telling you, get a corgi registered plumber or an engineer from Alpha as it has a serious problem( Note, These things only happen on Saturday or Sunday, when either you cant get them or they charge the earth!)

Talk to Alpha. I found them very good Whatever you do, do not use the gas board. Ask Alpha for repair people other than the Gas Board
