Triple H tore his quadricept muscle off the bone again (same injury as in 2001), but this time it was on the other leg. He had surgery by Dr. James Andrews, who is famous for treating professional athletes.
He is scheduled to be back by the summer of 2007 after a 6-7 month extensive rehab program.
He's probably enjoying his time off, spending it with his new daughter and Stephanie...

Yes he is Injured because he wouldn't persoply stay gone for 4-6 months because he loves wrestling so yes he is truely Injured and plus Stephanie mcmahon-levesque wouldn't want her husband to stay away from his job for 4-6 months on purpose so the answer he is so very much injured and I read that he is supposed to return at summer slam

With the original diagnosis, Triple H was sheculed to be out of action until about June.
However, with Triple H known to work his *** off in rehab, don't be surprised he makes an apperance around Late April/Early May.
And yes, the injury is real

Yeah he is injurd for real. He tore the muscle off his knee. When he first got injured he was suppose to be ot for 5 months so about another 3-4months for him to come back.

The truth behind the injury storyline is that he is still wrestling but always said that he would be slowing down when his child was born...so, he is keeping to his word as a father...

no he really torn up his knee at nyr. he was scheduled out 4-6 months at the time of the iunjury, but he'll be back sooner.
