I advise that you try Boracay, Pagudpud, Palawan ( See Palawan on 40 3 places on the web) . because the seashores listed lower than are extra accepted between electorate and travelers. Cebu isn't accepted for this. an decision decision is that because you're in Cebu, I advise that you bypass to Bohol! it truly is mythical now for its seashores, I heard of Panglao! I were in Cebu city and that is purely like Manila. a properly-beloved appeal there is Plantation Bay, besides the undeniable fact that, that is not a sea coast! search for on the web! there are a range of outstanding places contained in the Philippines!

Try Cebu Beach Club, on Mactan Island. 42 USD a night and right on the beach.

I recommend Fuenta Pension House. Its clean and their prices are fair. Also its one of the few places you can get fair treatment and room service. Restaurant on the roof is also nice. They take MC and Visa as well as cash. Their phone number is 63-32-253-4133. I've stayed there many times.

TRY TO GO FAR SOUTH....YOU CAN FIND A LOT OF BEACH CLUBS...ONE OF THE MOST POPULAR IS THE MOAL-BOAL BEACH CLUB...FARTHER STILL IS THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAMBOAN...ITS GOT NICE VIEW AND NICE BEACH...A VERY CHEAP ACCOMODATION IS AVAILABLE WITHIN ITS MUNICIPAL HALL ...VERY NEAR THE CENTURY OLD CHURCH AND MARKETPLACE...HAVE FUN AND MAKE AN ADVENTURE HAPPEN... :)
