Bear baiting, badger baiting, cockfighting, dogfighting, fox hunting... anything that involves pointless cruelty to defenceless animals in the name of pleasure.

That's a sport we still play at Cad towers. I have crossed bear and badger baiting(we get through loads, the badgers don't tend to last that long)We used to use pandas but they are so expensive,we only have them on high days and hoildays now.To save money, I had this great Idea to use unwanted pets, so we opened a refuse for strays etc. This is great because we also get cash in, to help re home etc.We are low on kittens and puppy's right now, please help.I have called our centre the Rather Splendid Pet Centre Accommodation you can shorten it if you wish, we have box's and centres all over the country don't you know.

People used to use public hangings as a source of entertainment, and would often bet on whether the person would have a successful hanging, or be left kicking, slowly strangling to death.
THAT has to be the worst!

A sport similar to hockey using your enemies head. It is still played over in Ireland but with a ball.

That has to be fox hunting or badger baiting. Both involve wild animals who are absolutely terrified and taunted or chased to death and then torn apart.
