People in the western world eat way too much meat.

Breakfast should consist of a whole grain product, like 12 grain bread toasted. And fresh fruit. About as quick and easy-to-go as you can get!

Lunch should be a large salad. You can make it before you go to bed the night before. Store it (dry) in a tightly sealed plastic container. Experiment with different dressings to give yourself a different taste experience each day...blue cheese, ranch with bacon, tomato and oregano, etc. Seal a small amount of dressing into a small plastic container that you can then pour onto your salad at lunch time.

Take along a sleeve of crackers if you need a starch to eat with your meal. Stick to whole wheat or multigrain if you're health conscious.

And drink lots of water. Water consumption is necessary for body health, and although our bodies can get their required moisture from pop or juice or teas and coffees, those extra chemicals and sugars don't do us much good.

I always pack my husband's lunches. Get an soft cooler that you can put an ice-pack in. In his lunches, he usually has: yogurt, pudding or jello, chips/pretzels/popcorn or something crunchy, cottage cheese with canned fruit on top, & a sandwhich or salad. Sandwiches like PB&J, Sandwich meat/cheese/lettuce, tuna in home-made pita bread :) , egg salad sammy, etc. Or you can make Mac & Cheese by the directions on the box, then after it's cooled down a little add some mayo & a little mustard. Refrigerate/or put in your lunch pack with an ice pack. (Quick & easy mac salad.) Potatoe Salads are good, cold speghetti, etc. I, also, put bananas in once in a while, & apples, etc. As long as you keep the icepack on top of the stuff that needs to stay cold, it's all good! Happy lunches to you! :)))!
