They aren't. They will do more age appropriate things (not so much clowns and face painting) but they still have parties.

My parents stop having birthday parties after the age of ten, except for milestones like 13, 16, 18, and 21.

It depends on the realign but 14 or any age for a birthday party is not to old my step mom had one at age 40

You are never too old for a birthday party. It's ridiculous.

The only thing that 14 - 19 year olds may be too old for is a JUMPY.

theres a huge difference in 14-19
for one thing they shouldnt be having parties together. 18 and up is an adult. no one is to old for a birthday party. i just had a party for my birthday and i turned 29, their fun.

14 - 19 yo are trying to prove to their parents that they are grown up. Birthday parties will seem elementary to them. Loosen the reigns a little bit so they can prove they are somewhat grown up.

depends on what kind of party. I had a party for myself every year, one party for friends and one party for family 2 parties every year.
