I would rather watch a movie with a great storyline...preferably with good acting...but since that's not the question, I would pick the "fantastic storyline".

It's the storyline that makes you interested, not the acting.
And if the acting is bad, then that's MORE to laugh at! xD

acting makes the movie. I'd see the one w/ an average story line w/ superb acting.
