I am asuming that because they are visible they are clean and are not blocked with sebum(oil). Try using a milky cleanser, cleanse twice, apply a lotion/toner (not an alcholic toner) and then apply a light day cream. Do this twice a day, twice a week use a non abrasive exfoliant, and once a week use a mud mask, or pore constricting mask. After 1 to 2 weeks you will begin to see results- because your skin will become softer and cleaner your pores will appear smaller.

I hope this has helped you
