No. That kind of thinking reveals a weak personality. And people that DO turn to crime after being victimized perpetuate the cycle.
It's a cop out.

Are you asking this because this is what you did? I think its sometimes possible with child abuse though I wouldn't phrase it like that. Often child victims of abuse will grow up and end up doing exactly the same thing when they become parents.
But there is no reason for an adult victim to become a criminal unless they were already inclined to be one.
I've been attacked, sexually assaulted and burgled and the result of those things led me to do voluntary work to help other victims who experienced similar things.
Being a victim doesn't give ANYONE an excuse to go out and do the same thing to others if they felt the need to do so. I'm not sure why any normal person would feel the need though.

That is the most lame brain thought I have ever heard of. If you were burgled, how would you think taking something else from someone else that didn't bother you make things right? If you were robbed then you know how it would feel to be robbed and knowing that you alone would or should be the first not to hurt someone else. What kind of person are you that you think two insane wrongs make it right? You need help... may I suggest you start treatment very soon. We are a civilized society, but with peoples thoughts like you have, we will not be for very long. You must be a Democrat for sure... There motto is take from all of us so we all can live in poverty. Only the leaders will have the power and money to do anything .... God up the world with people like you.

Continuance of the unfair punishment of innocence? Maybe to "burgle" someone who "burgled" you back..But c'mon..not just a random act of "burgling"...Victims may become bitter..and resentful..but to re-create the same feelin that being victimized provided them with? I'd find that a bit on the ignorant side.

If this could be a rhetorical Q., the respond is for particular. yet i do no longer think that being a sufferer absolves them from being a perpetrator. as an occasion, if a individual robs a economic corporation and reasons death of a economic corporation worker and gets gunned down via overzealous police; that individual turns right into a perpetrator and a sufferer. yet being a sufferer under no circumstances decreases the load of crime upon them. The sufferer has my sympathy. yet my sympathy isn't more advantageous to my experience of justice.

No, I have been a victim of muggers and I certainly would not ever consider mugging anyone - or committing any other crime for that matter - in fact I am now an advocate of much harsher penalties for any type of crime as a result of the crimes committed again me.

The old adage of "an eye for an eye and tooth for a tooth" comes to mind. In all honesty..forgiveness goes alot farther than any amount of vengeance. It sounds silly, but it is true. Don't get your hands dirty...hire a pro. Ooops, did I say that out loud?

If I knew who that person was I'd maybe seek revenge on that specific person but I wouldnt take it out on others for my bad luck. For example my truck window was smashed they got away with an empty purse and Im left with the window repairs and mess. If I knew who did it I'd go smash all the widows to their house or something but I wouldnt just pick some random person to take my frustrations out on........
