An evil,tyrannical,despotic government.A population that is misinformed and uneducated.A country awash with oil revenue that funds the building and importation of weapons of offensive warfare,at the same time as it exports local and global terror.

Wow... There are plenty of candidates for that question. I would have to say Russia. Russia has been a scourge on the planet for thousands of years and will be again in the future. Only a few short times during history have they been an "OK" nation. Russia may not have been directly involved in a lot of the termoil of the planet, but they were behind the scenes supporting most of it. Hitler's Holocaust had nothing on Russia's pogroms of the Jews of it's own country. Right now they are fueling the hatred in the middle east brining it to a point of boiling over and destroying unknown millions.

If you mean which is the worst country to visit, I would say Somalia, especially if you are American. Warlords control food supplies to keep people under their control, and they are always fighting each other for power. It is a constant war zone, and even kids end up fighting so they can earn food for their families. It is very sad.

I'm gonna have to say America because they're all saying England. They refuse to try and lower co2 emmisions because theyre too lazy to walk to the corner shop up the road.
Europe is the greatest continent in the world and England is a great country. Anyone who said England - why? None of you who said England have actually gave a reason.

You may really want to explain what you mean by this. Oh, if you really mean "worst" as in "absolutely, from any point of view worst", then it's an easy one - there is no such thing.

Most of the African countries , they don't have proper infrastructure, civil war and poverty plays a major part in those ountries. Child death is so high .....
These countries need lots of support and education to prosper in the modern world.
