I have a 9 month old daughter. During the night she sleeps nine straight hours wakes up for milk then sleep another 2 hours... but during the day she is awake 13 hours and she only sleeps noce or twice and only 30 minutes counted with the clock and to get her to sleep those 30 minutes I spend almost 45 trying to get her to sleep... How can I make her sleep more or how can I make her go to sleep in a easier way??? Please!!!

You cannot have her up for 13 hrs during the day!!! She need to take naps! You need to take time and read books to her when you want her to go to sleep. Kids ususally are ready for a nap 6 to 61/2 hrs after they wake up in the morning. make it a priority to have a nap scheduled during the day for her. she made up her own schedule and now it is going to be hard on you as the mom to get her to get on your schedule, but it needs to be done if you ever want a break. Reading or allowing her to to watch a movie will help her settle to. Give some warmed milk to her while reading or watching the move.
Remember you must be consistant or it will not work!!

Instead of giving her a bottle when she first wakes up in the morning then putting her back down for 2 more hours asleep, try sitting her in her high chair and giving her formula or breastmilk in a sippy cup... feed her breakfast... Then get her dressed and spend some time playing with her... This way you're letting her know it's "time to get up" for her day. Missing that 2 additional hours of sleep overnight will make her ready for a mid-day nap. Of course, it will take several days to make this adjustment.. and it won't always be pleasant..she's going to be really confused, and really tired... but stick with it and she'll adjust quickly.

at that age she probably is just interested in so many things around her she's afraid to miss something if she goes to sleep.
She sounds pretty active/aware so you could probably just reduce her naps to one longer nap a day instead of the few short ones she has.
Start by making sure she gets lots of physical acticity in the morning so she is worn out and sleepy by nap time.

Choose a time you think will be good for her to nap (based around the times she already naps now) The time should be spaced out enough that she has time to get lots of activity in the day before hand but also so that she has lots of time to be active after her nap so that she still will go to bed on time.

Be sure to turn out the lights/close the window shades so that its dark at nap time so she knows its sleep time and make your nap time routine as close as the bedtime routine as possible. (including a story, song, or whatever else you do.)

you allow her to sleep 11 hours total then wonder why she does not nap during the day?

She should sleep about 8-9 hours tops

Read her your English grades from all your high school transcripts. It will make a nice "F-F-F-F" sound, and that will lull her to sleep.
