Yes, absolutely. I have a crazy example that is true. My wife and I moved from the midwest to the southwest. We crossed paths with another lady with the same first name as my wife, she also married a man with the same last name as ours. We have never met this person, but one of the credit agencies mixed records for my wife and this other lady. Apparently we were both living in the same apartment complex at the same time. Our apartment number was 250 hers was 2050.

Sure they can. My other name also sees the same Dr. that I do. I am Constantly checking to make sure he has my chart not hers. I found out by accident once when he asked my why two visits in one week! Pretty scary, huh. Made me wonder how well he was paying attention.
