All you have to do is post a request on Yahoo Answers for someone to be your pen pal. If you want someone from another state or country, just ask. I'm sure that someone will be willing. Good luck!

Maybe develop some friends on chat and become e-mail pen- pas and who knows you might have a genuine friendship and able to wright by pad and pen.

try writing to the soldiers and supporting them. though they are busy constantly, many find the time to write back and would love to have penpals as well. Go to www.anysoldier.com, read up about it, and get started. It's one of the best things I ever could have done, and such a wonderful present for them

you can be a pen pal with a prisoner,people do that alot for some reason. go to a prison and they will pobably give you some peoples info.

There's a website called penpalnet.com, that's where i found my penpal of 2 years. you can search for different countries, ages, or gender! good luck!
