Racism can be both overt and covert. Individual racism sometimes consists of overt acts by individuals, which can result in violence or the destruction of property. Institutional racism is often more covert and subtle. It often appears within the operation of established and respected forces in the society, and frequently receives less public condemnation than the overt type. Racism (a belief system or doctrine which states that inherent biological differences between human races determine cultural or individual achievement) Now, having provided you with what the Wikipedia dictionary declares is 'racism', I must say that I am not. Since I am not an institution, it would be difficult to enforce racism on anyone. I do believle that while I strive to be a person who loves all the way that Jesus loved me - over my years I have been a victim of said 'racism' and the many efforts that have been typical to stop or hinder my personal growth in the matters of job, education, etc. but though these efforts and weapons were 'formed' against me - they were unable to be PERformed. I have survived and mightily I add. It is necessary for all of us in order to keep ourselves, our minds positive, to learn how to love one another. The basic test is this - when any of us are cut - we all bleed - red blood....
