I'd get a list started:
1) get hot bubble bath ready for you
2) while you're taking the bath clean the garage and make the bed
3) light a nice fire
4) have hot chocolate ready by the time you're dried off
5) turn on some nice soothing music
6) shovel again
7) set the table and prepare a nice dinner
8) wash the dishes
9) tuck you into bed and give you a kiss goodnight before bowing and tip-toeing out door
10) shovel the driveway again (just for good measure)
11) set alarm in livingroom
12) make up the couch for himself and sleep for a good few hours
13)start making breakfast
why don't you print this out for him so he doesn't leave out anything, oh and have him check to make sure you're not out of ink ;)

Oh dang, how do you know the story of my life????!!!!!! That is exactly what happens in my house except for the fact that I work 2 jobs, have 2 kids, am pregnant, and my husband is in school full time so he's not even paying bills!! If I want him to do anything around the house, I have to ask him a million times, and he thinks he can go hang out with friends in the evening while im home with the kids and he expects dinner to be waiting on him when he strolls in after the kids are asleep!!! So irritating! I feel like he's a teenager and I'm his mom. Sorry, no advice. Just moral support.

You should make some hot chocolate for him yourself, and be grateful that he shoveled the driveway. If you are in upstate New York, that is no mean feat.

Tell him you're on here bragging about how you treat him like a little Bit*h, then make him clean the garage.
In a few years he might have the gumption to take you hunting... LOL!!
Slimshadygirl, you are Satan Herself!! Not cool!!!

You should be appreciative, tell him to go get some hot chocolate for both of you to have while you sit down and do something together....
