why will internet explorer not display the web page?

my connection is normal but just cant get internet explorer to work.
i have installed it 3 times now and it still wont work so whats the problem. it has just went like this

go to the website and if it doesnt work DONT retype it just click go. if that doesn't help sorry.

So how are you on Yahoo! Answers? Anyway I'de phone up your broadband provider. Ask them ;)

mine dont either!!

I have to star this question, this has happened to mke for months now and i cannot seem to fix it, ive got the same problem as you.
