I was playin fast and furious tokyo drift, and had a 70 chevelle maxed out at 700 horse and 750 tourqe with a 454. (the tourqe and horse may be backwards) but anyway if it is possilbe in real life to have that much, if u barley touched the gas would it burnout? and if you stomped it what would happen?

I own a shop, and yes it is very possible to have that much horsepower, and torque. I have a Malibu that makes 550 horses, and I can tell you it will get away from you so fast! I hit a bump in the road one day and it went up in smoke, and went around in the road before I could get off the gas. This was at about 45-50 mph, so one has to be real careful with the power, because it is a trip to just drive it. In my opinion; anything above 400 horses needs to be kept off the street, and on the track where it belongs. Burn out! Hell yeah!!! I think I could sling the wheels completely off the rear of my car, if I wanted to. By the way, there are many small block engines out there that make in excess of 800 horses.
Glad to help out, good Luck!!!

A 454 is a very big engine. In fact, 454 c.i. is equal to 7.4 liters. You could get 700-750HP out of 7.4 liters easily with a super/turbocharger. Now as to the burnout, burnouts are different in manual and automatic transmission cars. With a manual since you must slip the clutch, it would probably require more throttle to do a burnout than with an automatic. Neither transmission would do a burnout when you arely touch the gas since the purpose of the throttle is to restrict engine power, however you probably wouldn't have to floor the gas to do one.

Yes it is possible! I had the same problem with my Caprice so I took the big blown out V-8 out of the car and replaced it with a 6 cylinder motor! It was the best decision I have ever done! Now I get passed by VWs. and have great gas mileage!

Yes it's possible. It's possible to have 2000 hp. Here is a Mustang with almost 700 horsepower.

There are cars with thousands of horsepower and torque. As to the traction thing, If you have enough rubber, you can get anything moving. that's why Dragsters have really wide rear tires.

it is very possible but remember thier is a big difference between engine horsepower and horsepower to the wheel. just because a car has 700hp doesnt mean it can be put to the ground.
