Could it be, an issue that the liberals like me could legitamately use, can be a 'it is none of my business now, just like it is none of my business then' category?

Republican political speech is more accustomed to using personal behavior as an assessment of the integrity of the person than are the democrats. However, the papers likely will dive deep here if Giuliani's campaign gains more momentum. It depends upon the front runners too. There have been quid pro quo's concerning adultery in campaigns, because, both parties were supporting a candidate that had indiscretions in their pasts.

It is an issue with some conservatives. Listen to talk radio and you will see that some of those hosts are not real Giuliani fans. Also, Giuliani is not President and his affair did not occur in the Oval Office. To the best of my knowledge, Giuliani has not lied in a sworn deposition, a crime called perjury, to a court about his affair.

Because Giuliani is not important enough to even mess with at this time. Just let him get in the Presidential race and watch them bring him down, we're saving it until we see what bum the GOP picks as their nominee and then we will give it all we got and it's a tremendous amount, on all or whatever that got in the race. I've haven't seen anyone that they have that would get just a few votes. I heard yesterday that Lieberman may be a recall in his home state. I hope that give that turn coat a boot in the but.

the impeachment of Clinton may be what has divided this country into such diverse camps....the Conservatives attacked our man and used low ball tactics to do it....if we had done the same to Bush, even for the exact same reasons, they would have cried foul....actually Bush has done a few unethical acts in regards to furthering his and his party's power.....but I don't want him impeached--the Republicans have a tendency to cry traitor when someone says anything bad about Bush, but they took the Commander in Chief to impeachment over trivial matter, I call that traitorous---I don't want Bush impeached, i just want the next 2 years to go by with Congress controlling him....

.I'm not a Democrat inside, but I will refuse to vote for a Republican again as long as I live...I might vote Independent, but never Republican...Giuliani is a New Yorker and has done well for his people there, but he doesn't play well in the west, midwest, or south....it is interesting times we live in

Before Clinton's affair with Lewinsky the libs and feminists were howling about "sexual harassment" which supposedly included consensual sex between a male boss and a female worker. This "sexual harassment" charge and "womanizing" charge was used against Republicans Clarence Thomas (most likely a pure fabrication in his case), Sen John Tower (deemed unworthy of being Sec. of Defense due partly to being seen in restaurants with various females while he was a single man), and liberal Republican Senator what's-his-name from Washington state who tried kissing various women but apparently never got lucky.

The Republicans apparently figured what goes around comes around but they discovered the charge only sticks to Republicans. Now the whole business has been shown to have been a hypocritical farce cooked up by the feminists, and everybody is tired of it and ready to move on. If Giuliani gets nominated they may try to resuscitate the issue.

Clinton's adultery wasn't the issue. The lie about it made it an issue coupled with the numerous counts of adultery he committed while in office.

Giuliani is being propped up by the amoral neo-cons. True conservatives will never go for him.

Oh i think of ninety% of the loose international ought to do the Reeve's "whoa". i think of human beings look into video clips and notice the place they spend 7 dollars to work out a action picture. Then they compair that to the completed that it might take to pass to a ball sport. I additionally think of that as quickly as human beings look into A-Rod's earnings they compair that to the Marlins group earnings. there is no way of compairing salaries like that for the period of Hollywood. and that i don't think of human beings would care in the event that they found out that Reeve's made extra for between the Matrix action pictures then the completed funds for Napolen Dynomite. or maybe human beings comprehend that video clips are fiction and therefor placed no actual concept into the money paid the actors the place activities are actual and what each and every person makes is splattered in each and every single place.

The sexual escapades were not the "big deal"...it was his PERJURY at a civil law suit that was the issue. We applauded the man for getting some fun...but when caught lying to us is one thing..but lying under oath at a civil trial deposition..is another..if you or I had done it we would be in jail as it is a felony offense
punishable here by a sentence of 2-3 years...
