I think any place serving food could be considered a restaurant.
They have cutlery anyway. It's those white plastic things.

It is a restaurant. Cutlery has little to do with it. It is a place where food is delivered, prepared for consumption, and then sold and eaten, and there are even bathrooms. No reason it shouldn't be called a restaurant.

Not cutlery - - - - - food. A restaurant is a place where cooked food is sold and a place is provided to eat it.

Per Merriam Webster: a business establishment where meals or refreshments may be purchased.

Looks like they meet the criteria. I've been to many Asian restaurants where the only utensils you get are chopsticks - no cutlery. Thanks for playing.

It's a sham! McDonalds was somehow grandfathered into our culture, oh the humanity! Don't support the evil McDonalds empire.

Although what they serve is deemed edible by the FDA, I would never consider it "food."

will you "rest" or must you "raunt"? Most people are not concerned about cutlery. All they want to do is just eat!!!
