Jodie, Kaylea and Lillia are very pretty. I like the way you spelled Kaylea - much better than Kayleigh. I think Lillia is prettier spelled like Lilia.
By the way, however much you call your kid by the nickname, someone (maybe at school) is bound to think of another which will stick, so chose the name for the name, not the nicknames you can make out of it.

I really dont like the name Lillia, it sounds kindu snobby, and i'm not big on Bethany either. Of those names my favorite is Joanna, JoJo for short. Amanda is pretty too, but its not very original. Here are some other ideas:
Amalyah, Amalia, Aimee
Kailee, Kyra, Kiara, Kierra, Kaira, Leah
nickname ideas:
Joanna: JoJo, Jodie, Joe, Annie, Joan, Anna, Oana (my fave)
Amanda: Manda, Mandy, Man
Bethany: Beth, Bethie, Annie, Bee (my fave)
Kaylea: Kaylie, Kay, Lea, Leah, Aylie, Kee
Lillia: Lil, Lilly, Lia, Li
If you have to go with these names, nickname then something unique and cute like Bee, Oana, or Jo

I like Joanna, Amanda, and Bethany. Not so much Kaylea or Lillia. As for nicknames, if you're going into it having already decided that the child will be called by the nickname, just name the kid that (for example, the lady from my church who was going to name her child Jason, but she and her husband realized they'd probably end up calling him "Jace," so that's what they named him. Quick and easy.)

I'd go with Amanda. My favourite name for a girl though is Evie.
With regards the name Lilly it was the 72nd most popular name in 2006, which may not sound so common. However, we now have Lilly Allen, which will no doubt increase its popularity. The character Ruby Allen (Eastenders) caused the name Ruby to go from the 73rd most popular name to the 4th.

Lots of Joanna/Jodie/Jo's out there, same with Amanda etc, Bethany is a quiet name, so no good if they grow up to be a party girl or tomboy! Kaylea makes me think of chavs or trailer trash! Lillia but not Lil as that sounds like an old lady! Best of the choices in my book would have to be Lillia or Lily, but there are going to be hundreds of them this year!
