Did you read the fine print? Not all rebates are the same, and when they aren't instant rebates, then the companies actually plan on most customers actually forgetting all about them, especially when it's up to the customer's to send in information first.

Provided you fall under all the appropriate guidelines, ie: correct information, postmarked by a certain date, etc... then you just need to contact the company you send the rebate to.

The majority of offers clearly tells you to expect 6-8 weeks for your rebate. It's very common to see offers give a wait time of 8-12 weeks. You'll just need to call the company or weight it out.

If it makes you feel any better, I've had two rebates that I ended up not getting my return until I'd completely forgotten about it and then 6 months later I received the rebate check.

Who are you trying to get to respond to you? Do you think someone here on Yahoo has your rebate?

I suggest you contact whoever it was that was supposed to issue the rebate but if you never sent the rebate form in to them, you're probably out of luck by now. It's not an automatic thing to get a rebate. You have to fill out a form, send a copy of your receipt and it usually takes about 6 to 8 weeks to get a check back.

okay I really think that by now you've probably already called the phone company to change your phone number since I'm sur you've recieved numerous crank calls.

to answer your question At time of purchase you should have recieved and retained the reciept and at least a form. most companies ask you to fill out this form and mail in with either original or a copy of the reciept. I have done quite a few rebates and workng on two now. most generally take 6-8 weeks to return some quite a bit longer. If you havent already mailed it in read the form to be sure you still have time offers do expire, secondly if still eligible photocopy everthing to keep a copy for yourself.

Your numbers are wrong, 50% of $19.90 is $9.95 - who is the rebate to be forward to? Who did you purchase the tree from, and is there a form to be filled in to get your rebate?

All rebate require that you apply for it, and show proof that it is due you.

I have experience with rebates and I have waited up to a year for my rebate. Most are usually withing 3-5 months though. Just be a little patient.
