one of them for me is shakira tracks like hips dont lie and rihana SOS I anything faster and with a good strong beat!!! love listening to music when I work out sadly rap is pretty good when your working out to even though I normally wouldnt listen to it at all it gets you moving I find play your most fav song in the world it will help:) have fun
