Check out the local fast food restaurants, other restaurants for bussers or servers, look ahead for summer working at a camp or with children for sports, paper route, snow removal/lawn care, washing dishes at a restaurant, farm work, etc.

Finding a job really young is hard. Well, finding a job at any age is hard. The best beginner jobs would be movie theater, CompUSA, and any minimum wage job. Some fast food restuarants are paying more money. Good Times here in Boise is paying as high as $7 an hour. There are some young entremenuers (sp?) that are doing jobs that seem like scams. You could try DirecTV but I believe you have to be at least 18.
