I am a conservative who is currently a Master's student at a public university. There is a simple way to deal with intolerant liberal professors, mostly found in worthless fields, like the humanities. You find out what they want you to say, find some questionable sources, write a bull-**** paper that regurgitates their own words, and you get your A and move to the next class. Most of these professors are not interested with your own thoughts and opinions, they only want you to spew back whatever they have said in class. This is not real learning or study.

That is the main reason why I am glad that I am studying in a real field, physics, where political affiliation is irrelevant. Your hypothesis can either be experimentally shown or not, it has nothing to do with politics.

The term "Liberal education" does not have political significance - it refers to the medieval concept of the liberal arts.

The Association of American Colleges and Universities (AACU) defines "liberal education" as "a philosophy of education that empowers individuals with broad knowledge and transferable skills, and a stronger sense of values, ethics, and civic engagement ... characterized by challenging encounters with important issues, and more a way of studying than a specific course or field of study."

It's never too late to go to school and learn new stuff, you know.

And just for the record, colleges and universities are fairly conservative institutions. But I guess you'd actually have to attend one to know that wouldn't you?

i'm a conservative and that i do no longer think that public faculties are the excellent suited communicate board to be discussing non secular ideals previous a literary or historic foundation. If father and mom desire a non secular education, there are various places which would be finished: non secular college, attending centers, discussing it in a family individuals placing. The term "worshipping" seems to flow against the 1st commandment does it no longer? i think of the term "believing" could be slightly extra ideal. Believing in Jesus would not a ethical individual make. enable us to no longer forget approximately the wars and murders dedicated interior the call of religion. ethical habit is taught with the aid of occasion (some thing I do have faith Jesus might believe). only via fact a individual believes would not immediately cause them to a ethical individual. If that have been the case, there could be lots much less scandals throughout this international. faculties could instill self-discipline and help build character as properly as feed expertise to the baby...even nonetheless it rather all starts off at residing house. Its no longer the faculties you would be able to be watching as lots via fact the residing house. each baby could be allowed to worship as he or she pleases and that i think of a 2d of silence after making a song the national anthem is a robust answer.

More and more conservatives are joining college campuses today. The liberal teachers will be phased out eventually. Liberals don't control college education as much as they used to.
