my 19993 chevy cavalier wont start. whats wrong?

it wont turn over. it dont make any noise. it just wont start

it wont turn over the battery works headlights and radio all work make no noise what so ever already replaced the starter but still confused

ok it sounds like the fuseable link that gos to the starter is faulty to test this run a cable direct from the bat to the starter if this works the link is shot good luck
