@ is on the apostrophe key and " is on the 2 key, but they work the other way around.... I want the symbols on the keyboard to match the symbols that they produce!

in windows XP, go to start, control panel, regional and language settings, then map your keyboard to your location or just set to english United States, as this makes all the keys do what they say

Just get a thin knife and lift up the keys, they do actually come off but make sure you dont damage them - also makes a good pracitcal joke on someone elses keyboard lol

since you have the universal keyboard-along with everyone else-you will have to make stickers and put the stickers over the keys.

Make new stickers and get used to it, i had to when i was at work because like your keyboard the " and @ buttons were swapped.

Pry the key off the board, its pretty easy...although the two will go with it...
