What do they dress up as?
In my town, there was a guy who dressed up as Superman and hung around the Dairy Queen. (Thankfully, he didn't wear the tights)

I kid you not, there is a guy who dresses up in homemade super hero costume, tights, cape, the whole nine yards. He calls himself Captain Jackson (after the town) and he patrols the streets of the downtown area. He even marches in the Christmas parade every year. AND this past Christmas, there was a MRS. Captain Jackson marching with him, lol.

One of the dwarfs that played a munchkin from the movie Wizard of Oz lives here, in Dublin, GA and he dresses as a Leprechaun on St. Patrick's Day every year and rides a float in the parade.
When I lived in FL there was a guy that used to dress up as Superman and go running for miles around town everyday. Someone should tell the crazies that Superman costumes aren't very creative. Oh and he did wear the tights!

There was a guy dressed up in a red nice suit on the street spinnig a huge arrow that said something about a free loa.

yeah theres a hobo that dresses like a cop and he tries to pull ppl over and he acts like hes talking on a phone but its just a smashed soda can its hilarious. I think he's crazy or something

No that would be amusing. I did have a neighbor who dressed up a lifesize female mannequin on her porch for different holidays - that was very bizarre.

We got lots of them. They're called cops. Don't do anything. They just drive to and from parking lots where they sit and talk to each other from their cars all day. Then they take a nap and go home.

there is a place in my city that does income tax and they have people dressed up like the statue of liberty
