I Dont Know If I Stopped Growing 2 Years After My Period..... My Aunts Tried To Convince Us That We Stopped Growing The First Time We Have Sex!! well my mom told me you stop growing after 2 years of your period. well i do eat healthy, for some reason without thinking i always eat a fruit of vegtable daily, i do get sleep but not like 11 hours i usually sleep for 7-8 hours. but i think i already stoped growing because im 13 and im 5'4", and its been years since i got my period.

I didn't stop growing until I was 21, I had 3 children and i was a different height with each one of them.
