Yes it is. Hell ,look at them all.
If theres a guy here who claims they dont,they are lieing through their teeth ,just to remain socipolitically correct. Fact is the more a man posts how much its wrong,the more guilty he is of doing it ,but wants to appear above everyone else.
Fact is evolution has shown a mans sexual desire for females who have reached the point that their bodies are ready for childbearing emit pheromones which trigger a male libido response. Those who deny looking or thinking about younger females must be from another planet. I say this...liars. And psychology has even proven many males who have daughters dont want YOU thinking what they themselves are or have already had thoughts of.
Just do yourself a favor. Look at or whatever with girls who are of legal age. There are laws to prevent you from going to jail for getting involved with an exceptionally advanced teen. And as enticing as it may be...just save yourself the hasstle.

Yes, it is OK. And as long as they are above the age of consent in your area (and are down with it), it is OK to touch them too. As a matter of fact, I encourage you to reach out and wrap one of those sweet little teenie asses as tight around your face as a wool scarf in a blizzard.
