You want guys like F.Rodriguez from the Angels, Nathan of Minnesota or the Yankees' Mariano Rivera. They are secure in their closer roles and are not at any risk to lose those roles.

Also, those three play on good teams that will win plenty of games. Closers on bad teams get fewer opportunities.

go with Mariano Rivera
every year is a different list of top 10 closers
the amount of saves a closer gets seems to vary by a lot each year
Mariano Rivera seems to be the one exception as he is always in the top 10.
also the yankees have an incredible team, so he'll get a lot of oppurtunities

Pitchers who will be overlooked on draft day: Torres, Broxton, and Tanckersley. These guys will take over as closers sometime during the season.

he is so money he will get u 40 plus saves and a 100 k`s
if he isnt availible there are plenty of guys but ur best bet would be bobby jenks or joe nathan if u cant get them jus grab chris ray or takashi saito

the baltimore orioles has alot of good relif pitchers..chris ray,chad bradford,jaime walker,danny baez,scott williamson...check those guys out..

Concentrate on closers that will never lose their jobs. Mariano Rivera and Hoffman are lock picks.
