As i have grown up I have been told to smile, but in a while i've tried to smile, I cry myself to sleep while smiling, even though I am miserable, I stay there lying through my life smiling, even though I am hurting!

I think you must be feeling very low and are putting your thoughts down on paper - which does help, so ten out of ten for trying and keep on trying to smile for your self.

I'm sorry that you feel so sad, but try to look on the bright side, at least you're creative! You shouldn't have to pretend to be happy just to make others feel more comfortable, you have the right to express yourself.
