Spin the wheel and move your person that many spaces, read what the space says that you landed on and do as it says. If you need more help I'm sure there are instructions somewhere on the net, did you try going to their website?
I suggest not going the college route, you may get a higher paying job but you also may not and you will end up having to pay all that money to go to school for nothing.

You pick your person/car and spin the wheel. To start, you have to pick "College" or "Job". Each has its advantages and disadvantages. Then you move the number of spaces the wheel shows and follow the directs on the space. You have to stop on all of the red spaces, and if you pass a payday(green) make sure you collect your money, even if you don't stop on it. Read the instructions in the box if you need any more information.
