Two possibilities come to mind:
1. Use your invisible glass cuter to escape
2. Use your invisible cell phone, call the invisible police, they'll arrest him for kidnapping, put him in an invisible squad car, take him to an invisible jail and put him in an invisible cell. That's enough to hold a mime.
