Yes one of my cousins has blond hair and blue eyes, he is black (not biracial) but both of his parents are light skinned and his mother has green eyes. He has very strong black features and kinky hair just the unusual hair and eye colors. My cousin is two years old so perhaps his hair color will change as he ages as my brother's did ( he was a red head)
The other thing to remember is that no phenotype is impossible when it comes to blacks, because all American blacks come from at least two different ethnic groups ( through slavery and and other forms of race mixing particularly with Native Americans,Portuguese and the Irish) other wise we would be Africans and not black Americans. Because of the variety in our ethnic group we can have white skin to very black skin, any eye color, and different types of hair textures.

I have never seen a japanese person. I have seen black people with green eyes. The trick here is defining what black is. Do you considered a person who is mixed black?

Is all about genetics. At some point the black person must have "intermingled" with a white person with blue eyes genes. Their offpring will then could "possibly" carry the gene. If their offspring intermingle even further then the odds of having the green eye gene will increase. You will see this more often among hispanics because we tend to intermix more than other groups of people. Oriental people tend to stay in their groups and a lot of times so do the blacks unless is a blond but, thats another story for another day. Hispanics are usually more mixed than the other groups too. For example a Puertrican can be compossed of spanish, white (of all nationalities), blacks, native indian, middle eastern or north african arabs, orientals. In short, if it moves then a some puertorican has intermingled with it.

Well, you might want to check out the Aborigines of Australia (don't know what "race" category they really fit under". They are known for their dark skin, blond hair and blue eyes

(these include the blonde hair)

And I can almost guarantee that their hair and eyes have nothing to do with mating with white people, it was their environment that gave them these characteristics; Dr. Isaac Yankem does not know what he is talking about
