This is my CPU speed 950mhz celeron 2
it is OCed to 1061mhz is that too much of a OC?i am using this CPU cooler http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16835114009
I have a 80mm fan on it.I haven't raised the V-core.It is stable but is that too much?

So long as your processor is properly cooled. I don't see much a problem with the over-clocking. Push comes to shove.. the worst thing that you'll need is to put a better fan on it. But if it's working for you. . You should be ok.
