First off, all of Daft Punk's videos are NOT based on Interstella 5555. It's true, all of 'Discovery's' videos are, but not 'Homework' or 'Human After All'.

There is a 'puppet' in Daft Punk's 'Technologic'. Rather, it's supposed to be a robot. Kind of an animatronic puppet I guess.
Another video you might be thinking of that has one puppet is 'Flat Beat' by Mr. Oizo. Similar to DP's sound but he's another solo DJ.

I'm not sure of any other videos like DP that have puppets...

nope, Daft Punk videos are all based on the Interstella 5555 movie. believe me, no puppets. crazy japanese director made the singers look like Smurfs than puppets.
