Ms. Sheehan has a dead son, killed in Iraq. She is protesting the war, which is her right.
Unlike some of the nasty Repubs, the Democrats did not yell back at her, have her removed, have her arrested or tried to put a spin on it. They respectfully left the dias.

Why argue with a grieving mother who lost her child in an unjust war when you can argue with the neo-con bloodsuckers who sent him to die in the first place. Sheehan is cheapening the memory of her son's sacrifice for a photo op, the Dems who shot a move, simply didn't want to give her one.
