At 9:15 a.m. in the Texas Panhandle it was snowing and the wind was blowing, by 10:05, I thought the snow had stopped, but then it began sleeting and of course much wind. It is 12:19 p.m. now, the streets and sidewalks are wet, no snow to be seen....but the wind keeps blowing.

No but there's definitely ice coming out of the sky. Come on over to eastern Iowa. We've had like 3 feet.
