I'm french, and I saw someone saying that in an american tv show, so I was wondering if it's a usual feeling in the US

I wouldn't necessarily be afraid simply by his beard. His behavior would have more to do with it than anything. I know many people would be afraid however. The simple fact is, 100% of the September 11th bombers, the London and Spain bombers were Muslim. Nevertheless, they did not all have beards. Muslims will always be looked at with suspicion in this post Sept. 11th world. Unfortunately, completely decent people will fall under suspicion. I would give a bearded Muslim a second look, but I wouldn't necessarily fear him.

No. If anyone answers yes to this question it is because they are stereotyping and have a fear of the unknown. You can not hold the actions of a fraction of a group against the whole society. The majority of Muslims are not terrorists. They are normal human beings like everyone else; trying to make a living, obtain an education, and raise a family.

Not sure what a bear has to do with a muslim but NO I am not afraid of people in general.
